Decades Dance

  • ABOUT

This site is here to tell the story of 'Decades Dance'. To understand what it is and why it's here you'll need to put the story together, and the only way to do that is to find the content.

We have put up posters in several major cities around the UK, some of which have CD's attached to them. Each CD contains a code and a piece of content which you can share on this site. Bit by bit the story will piece together and eventually you'll get the bigger picture.

    Clear?

A word of advice, don't assume that you know what the story is about because of what you see here at any given time - the end might not have been posted on a wall yet.

If you have found a poster with a cd then please use the tweet button below to tell us about it. And don't forget to add the code to your tweet as this will automatically add your piece content on the site for the rest of the world to see.

At this stage we were making sure that the parts worked with the rythmn section parts, the actual vocal parts were recorded later at The Dairy.

When it came to mixing the album we were kicked out of the studio for making the place look untidy - apparently everything needs to be properly dusted to achieve the best quality sound.

Producers Jason & Dan didn't get out of the studio that much, which may have made them deeply, deeply mental.

This is our first single. It's about bats. It was the first track that was mixed and when our producer Jason added the synths it just took the song stratospheric.

    We love it!

Chris used to be in a table tennis club, he's got his own bat and everything. Then he played Mark (owner of The Dairy), who destroyed him :-).

We played every day in the sanctuary of The Dairy, and the sun shone - it was like being on holiday.
